Welcome to Sancho-Reyes Cleaning! We are a family-owned and operated cleaning service based in Kyle, TX. Our team consists of Doris, aka "The Cleaning Queen, who has over 20 years of experience in home cleaning, and Adrian, aka "The Paperwork Guy", who manages the business side of things.

To get a quote for basic house cleaning, we have created a simple form that will ask you about the features of your home. If you choose to use our services on a recurring basis (weekly, biweekly, or monthly), you can enjoy a discount of 10% to 30% on subsequent cleanings.

In addition to basic cleaning, we offer a variety of extras including oven cleaning, microwave cleaning, windows, doors, baseboards, and ceiling fans. Our form allows you to customize your cleaning services and the quote will update in real-time to reflect your selections. Don't worry about providing any cleaning supplies - we bring our own! What is included in the Basic Cleaning?
BASIC CLEANING

Our basic cleaning service covers all areas inside your house, including bedrooms, living room, family room, guest room, laundry room, office, library, stairs, hall, and more. We begin by dusting all surfaces, including furniture, doors, chairs, tables, and shelves. We then sweep and/or vacuum the floors, carpets, and rugs, and mop or scrub the floors based on your preference.

In the bathrooms, we clean the mirror, counter, outside of cabinets, sink, toilet, shower, and/or bathtub.

In the kitchen, we clean the countertop, stove, sink, outside of cabinets (without having to climb on a ladder), and outside of appliances such as the fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

Please note that our basic cleaning service includes all necessary cleaning materials and products.
