Tumbles Academy Booking Form

This class is a beginner class for children aged 5 to 15 years who will participate in gymnastics. 

Children with disabilities or additional needs are more than welcome to attend. Parents/guardians are encouraged to support them throughout the session. 

Please note that we need 8+ children booked for this class to run. 

We also offer a taster session for Home Education Classes. These will be released each week. We do not guarntee that there will be taster spaces each week and due to popularity of this class we highly encourage booking a block of classes to avoid disappointment.

In accordance with British Gymnastics regulations, only one taster session is permitted. To continue participating, a full British Gymnastics membership is required to ensure appropriate insurance coverage. As a BG-registered club, we are responsible for verifying all members are insured.

Step 3: Complete our Club Membership form - it is important that we know about any medical conditions and vital we have a telephone contact number for every child.

Conditions

1. A place will only be booked onto the block on receipt of a complete booking form and payment. Places will be booked on a first come first served basis.

2. In the unlikely event the lesson is cancel we will provide a refund for the cancelled lesson or offer you an alternative lesson if available.

3. Once you have enrolled onto the lesson the fee is non-transferrable and no refund can be made if you are unable to attend.

4. Please be on time for the lesson.

5. Please make sure your child has the correct clothing i.e shorts or leggings and t-shirt or leotard and that they are dressed before they enter the gymnasium. Please also ensure that your child is not wearing any jewellery and that long hair is tied back

 6. Please park in a Tumbles allocated parking space only. Find a space
