A foster home is a temporary home for a dog or cat until our rescue is able to find a permanent home. Thank you for offering to become a foster parent for our rescue organization. To be considered as a foster home you must:

Filling out this application does not guarantee that the dog or cat you choose will be available to you. We place dogs and cats based on criteria which are in the best interest of the pet. After completing the Foster Parent Application, please review and complete our Foster Parent Hold Harmless Release. The release must be signed before Furever Friends will place a dog or cat for fostering.

TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

By sending this electronically, I acknowledge that I have completely read this questionnaire and comprehend it fully.

All of the above information is true and complete. I agree to follow all the rules and procedures of Furever Friends and Rescue (FFR). I understand that I will decide whether or not to foster any particular animal. I will not hold FFR responsible for any damage, injury, or harm caused directly or indirectly to any person or property by any foster animal.

I assume the risks of being bitten, scratched, injured, made ill, or frightened by dogs, puppies, cats, and/or kittens in connection with my volunteer work for FFR. I hereby agree to hold harmless FFR, its individual members, and any venue at which FFR may hold an adoption event, or fundraising event from any and all known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, suspected or unsuspected while I am fostering and/or volunteering for FFR.

If I fail to abide by the terms of this Application & Waiver or if I am otherwise unable to meet the requirements of the foster and/or volunteer program, which are subject to change from time to time, I understand that I will be terminated from the program. I also understand that I may at any time be removed from my position as a foster and/or volunteer by action of the board of directors, and that I will be notified in writing or email should that occur.
