Cancellation Policy: No less than 48 hours cancellation notice when canceling all appointments. As I understand life happens, however, please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, directly online. By doing so I am able to present an opportunity to pass on the time slot to another guest on my waitlist. Guests get automatic text confirmations as well as email reminders for their appointments. If you do not cancel your appointment within the requested time frame, your deposit will be forfeited before booking another appointment. For example, if you were booked for a service for $200, the cancellation penalty would be your $100 deposit. If the appointment is not canceled you agree to forfeit your deposit.

Retail Refund Policy: I understand that I may exchange any unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. Only exchangeable by product defect. I understand that cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. I understand that retail returns can't be used as a service credit.

Late Policy: A 15 minute grace period is given. I do understand circumstances arise beyond our control. However, I kindly ask that I'm given a courtesy call or text in the unlikely event you're running late. After 15 minutes your appointment will have to be rescheduled and or be cancelled. I do my best to max your precious time to the best of my abilities, respectfully please return the favor. The salon is closed Saturdays and Sundays. I'm good about promptly replying to emails. That being said, if I don't get back to you right away,a guaranteed response is sure to present itself during normal business hours!

In the event that a Saturday or Sunday is open for booking, please take note that premium pricing is in effect when booking as these work hours are outside of my regular business hours. This 1.5% percentage increase only applies to hours outside of operating business hours (Saturday & Sunday).
