All booking will require a pre chat with the designer to review the specs of the job and explain all the work that will be required; as well as this is the time to share design deck or visual so we can decide how many staff the job will require.
When requesting breakdown services keep in mind the venues policy on exit. Most venues have a hard end/exit time; this will affect the number of staff doing a breakdown.
Any cancelations made to staffing 48hours before event will inquire a fee.
Event Breakdown
All rates apply to standard local, New York City jobs. For anything outside of the boroughs we'll get back to you with a quote.
Event Breakdown will include the complete breakdown of event, removal, packing and return of goods to one location. If there is a rented vehicle, we will complete the drop off process, as instructed by the rental company, if the rental needs to be gassed this will be included on final invoice.
We rent trucks or cargo vehicles from CC Rentals upon client request. Expenses for rental vehicles will be included on final invoice, including gas and toll.
