Minor Volunteer Registration

Minors age 13-17 only.
Are you signing up any minors ages 13-17?*
Please list each minor along with their birthdate(s) you are registering. For this project, volunteers must be 13 and up. Due to the nature of this project (parents trusting us to care for their children), no volunteers under the age of 18 are assigned to babies. Minors ages 13-17 can be registered with an adult chaperone/parent who will also volunteer for the duration of the camp.

Minors, age 13-17 require an adult chaperone to stay with them for the duration of the event.
