Louisiana Doll Festival Vendor Application

Festival Hours:  10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The festival is open to all media, fine arts, and crafts.

Types of Spaces are Available:

Indoor Craft Vendor - (10' X 10') $50.00

Outdoor Vendor - (10'x10') $25.00

Outdoor Food Truck-with generator (10' x 10') $100.00

Non Profit $30.00

Check-in begins on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. 

Doors open at 10:00 a.m. All Vendors should be set up no later than 9:30 AM.

The Festival Committee retains the privilege of changing locations of booths for unavoidable reasons.

All exhibitors are responsible for his/her own tent, displays, stands, table chairs, etc. Exhibitors must make their own provisions for shade/rain.

The Festival Committee will only allow 1 MLM vendor per company (ex: 1 scentsy, 1 mary kay, etc.)

Booth Vendors: It is at your discretion to stay "open" past 5:00 p.m. However, please keep in mind festival doesn't end until 6:00 p.m.

Food vendors will need their own setup. All food trucks must be self contained. No water provided.

Once your fee is paid your agreeing to the following terms to be an exhibitor at the Louisiana Doll Festival:

1. Only the juried crafter is to occupy the space/sharing or subletting will result in forfeiture of booth.

2. The festival reserves the right to reject any inappropriate work or display and to ask any exhibitor to leave who fails to meet the overall standards of the festival.

3. Acceptance: Entry at this exhibit constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim of damages, loss against sponsors, any employees or representatives thereof.

By Electronically Signing this documant, I Accept: Entry at this exhibit constitutes an automatic waiver of any claim of damages, loss against the sponsors, any employees or representatives thereof. Both parties agree that in the event of rain or other circumstances beyond control of man, no refund of deposit or rent fee will be given. However, should the festival be cancelled by arbitrary action of the festival staff, the deposit or rental fee will be refunded to the applicant.
