Non-exempt Ivinson employees are not required nor expected to access their workstation while off duty or after scheduled work hours, while out on scheduled leave (FMLA, Emergency Leave, etc.) or while using PTO.
- Non-exempt employees must report hours worked to their Manager.
- Any hours worked outside of scheduled shifts must be approved by their Manager in advance.
