REFUNDS:

- Magikid San Marino provides a full refund to families who decide to withdraw from the summer camp program before April 15th 2023. If a family fails to withdraw before April 15th 2023, $99 registration fee will be charged starting from April 16th 2023.

- Any withdraw request after May 20th 2023 can be only refunded as class credit using for Magikid Robotics Lab San Marino. $99 registration fee can not be refund after starting May 20th 2023. Please see following details :

* Withdraw more than 7 days prior to the camp start date, tuition can be fully refunded as Magikid San Marino class credits. $99 registration fee can not be refund after starting May 20th 2023.

* Withdraw less than 7 days and including 7days prior to the camp start date, only 50% tuition can be refunded as Magikid San Marino class credits. $99 registration fee can not be refund after starting May 20th 2023.

* Withdraw after the camp start date, tuition can not be refund and non-transferrable to any use. $99 registration fee can not be refund after starting May 20th 2023.

- Family must provide a written withdrawal notice to Magikid San Marino. Please allow us 7 business days to process the refund.

DISCOUNTS:

Early Bird Discount for weekly signup: Register before April 15th 2023 for an early bird price of $499/week.

Sibling Discount: a 5% sibling discount to the 2nd (or later) child of the same family.

Referral Discount: Only eligible for new students, both referrer and referee will have $30 off.

Rights to Refuse Service:

Students in the Magikid San Marino program are expected to follow the standards and rules of Magikid San Marino. Magikid San Marino reserves the rights to refuse services to any family at any time due to any reasons we see fit.

参加夏令营的学生应遵守Magikid San Marino 的基本规定以及课堂纪律，违反者我们有权利拒绝服务。

EQUIPMENT DAMAGE:

Equipments we use in our curriculums are valuable and hard to replace. Please let your children know that and be careful when handling valuable equipments. Our teacher will address that as class rules. In the event of any studentfailing to follow class rules and causeing damage to our equipment, parents agree to reimburse the damage.

设备损坏：

我们使用的设备价格不菲，加之很难替换。务必告诉您的孩子使用设备的时候轻拿轻放。老师上课前也会告诉学生课堂规则，如果学生没有遵守，或者故意损坏设备的情况下，家长需要赔偿损坏的设备。

Camp Late Pick-Up Policy

Staff has work/personal obligations after closing time each day and late pickup incurs extra costs to pay for part-time staff to stay later than scheduled time. Please consider weather/traffic conditions and have an alternative pick-up plan with neighbors, relatives or friends to ensure on time pick-up.  

We will charge extended care fee after the 10 minute grace period. The extended care fee is $30/day per child. Time is based on front desk clock. Fees are per child, not per family.
