  • February 15-28, 2023 - Priority Re Enrollment For Current CCCS Families

• TUITION RATE - K4 to 12th Grade
  • $6,160.00 Annual Tuition
    • $560.00 per month for 11 months with first tuition payment due August 1, 2023.
      
      
• DISCOUNTS
  • Families with more than one student enrolled at CCCS will be charged full tuition for the first child. A $500.00 annual discount will be applied to the tuition of the second child. All children beyond the second student will receive a a $700.00 annual discount per child.
    
    
  • Tuition paid in full on or before July 6, 2023 will receive a 5% discount on the annual tuition total.

• Late Fee ($35.00)   
  • Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and fees are considered late after the 5th of the month. After the 5th of the month, a $35 late charge will be assessed to your account. A $35 charge will be assessed to your account for each check returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF). After two NSF checks, only cash, cashier’s check or money order will be accepted for payment.

New Applicant Checklist

• Step 1 - Submit Enrollment Application

  • Copy of applicant’s certified birth certificate
  • Report Card (current)
  • Copy of current immunization record
    • Proof of varicella immunization or written proof of having had the disease
    • If you are Grades 7-12 you must have a current Tdap immunization

*FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN HIGH SCHOOL

• Grades 9-12 - Schedule a meeting with School Administration
• Pay testing fee of $100.00 (non-refundable)

STEP 2 - TESTING

• Schedule a testing date for assessment.
  • Kindergarten - Approximate length of test is 30min
  • Grades 1 to 6 - Approximate length of test is 90min
  • Grades 7 to 12 - Approximate length of test is 2 hour

STEP 3 - ADMISSION

• You will receive a phone call regarding the test results approximately one week from testing.
• Possible meeting with administration for acceptance.

STEP 4 - FINALIZE REGISTRATION PROCESS

• Your registration process will be completed by completing your application and paying the registration fee. 

• To receive the early registration discount, payment & application must be submitted by April 1, 2023.

In order for registration to be completed, a copy of the following items must be turned in.

• Copy of student’s certified birth certificate
• Copy of current immunization record
• Copy of student's most recent report card

These items may be uploaded to this registration form in the following steps or a copy can be turned in to the school office. If you have any questions, please contact the school office and we would love to assist you!

EMERGENCY CONTACTS

In the event of an emergency, parents will always be contacted first. Should parents not be available, we will contact the names listed below. It is important to notify these persons in advance as to the possibility of assuming temporary care of your child. Please include people who live locally, who are available, and will assume temporary care of your child if you cannot be reached. It is understood that your child may also be released to any of the persons listed below.

In addition to parents, a minimum of one additional local contact is required.
