Each year OPOA recognizes individuals in the law enforcement community who have distinguished themselves, their agencies, and their profession within the past year. We are currently accepting nominations. Nominations are due by August 1.
Nominations will be considered for incidents having occurred during the previous year. This may be extended in special circumstances upon OPOA approval.
A seperate nominations form must be completed for each individual you would like nominated.
OPOA reserves the right to re-classify the award your nominee qualifies for. All nominations will be approved by the nominees agency head prior to being awarded.

The submission form will require you provide:
contact information for yourself, the nominee and the nominees agency head as well as a summary of the incident.
