Loaner Agreement
In consideration of using a loaner vehicle from Raceway Chrysler, I agree that:
I confirm that my driver’s license is current and valid in the province of Ontario, and I have no restrictions on operating a motor vehicle.
I acknowledge that the use of this vehicle is only permitted in and within the province of Ontario.
I agree that I will not use said vehicle, cause or permit the same to be used in any manner whatsoever in violation or contravention of any Municipal, provincial or Federal Law, ordinance, or regulation.
I agree that I will be the sole operator of this vehicle and that I am over the age of 25. Driver will be held strictly liable for any unauthorized use or alternative drivers on this loaner.
I acknowledge that any kilometers in excess of 200 kilometers a day will be charged at a rate of $0.20 cents per kilometer and is due upon return of vehicle.
I agree that the vehicle must be returned with a minimum of half a tank of gas or with the same amount as when it left.
I agree to exercise reasonable care for the Vehicle and not engage in any driving activities which could harm the Vehicle, myself, or others.
I confirm that my insurance policy is current and valid in the province of Ontario and that I have liability coverage which includes third party vehicles such as rentals and/or loaners.
I acknowledge receiving the above noted vehicle in good and safe mechanical condition and agree to return the specified vehicle in the same condition as received.
I acknowledge that smoking is prohibited in the loaner vehicle and I may be subject to additional cleaning charges as a result of smoking in the vehicle.
I acknowledge that pets are prohibited in the loaner vehicle.
I acknowledge that I will be responsible for any and all vehicle violations, parking tickets, parking lot occurrences, etc. during the loaner/rental period.
I agree that I will not operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
I agree to take responsibility for any damage to the interior or exterior which caused due to negligence and/or excessive wear and tear during the rental period. Any damage currently on the vehicle (if any) must be recorded on this form.
I agree to return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition or be subject to a clean-up charge of $100.
I agree to return the vehicle back to the dealership on the originally agreed upon date unless an alternate date was agreed upon in writing from the dealer.
By signing here, I agree to indemnify the Vehicle Owner, Raceway Chrysler, it’s agents, employees, or directors against all liabilities for any prospective or future claims, demands, actions, suits losses, costs, charges, expenses, damages, personal injury caused during the rental/loaner period. Should the Driver take part in a collision or accident during the rental period, they will be responsible for repairing any damage caused up to the deductible of the Vehicle Owner.
