  • Artful Yoga Gallery (AYG) is a not-for-profit community space with a mission to be a pioneer in advancing health using arts, by weaving wellness and arts programs that are accessible and more inclusive.

    We warmly welcome organisations and individuals who wish to create wellness or art programs that serve and uplift our communities. To make this sustainable, we’ve designed an incentive-based cost structure:


    When you host with us, we also think of this is a TRUE COLLABORATION - where we work as an ecosytem to make this as successful in its intention as possible.

  • AYG Venue Hire | Collaboration Price Structure TERMS & CONDITIONS

    The hire includes: Access to the studio space Promotion of your event across AYG online channels (note we can only do one collab post per event) The hire does not include: - Graphic design or printing - Event management - Cleaning Payment Terms: Full payment is required 20 days prior to the event date. And 20% to secure the date. Cancellation & Rescheduling Events may be cancelled or postponed up to 21 days before the scheduled event No refunds, however dates can be moved upon request only once (subject to availability and terms)

  • If you do need AYG staff to cover, how many? (Recommended 1 per 25 patrons)
  • I acknowledge that I hold the suitable skills, knowledge and accreditation to teach the course/hold the event I am requesting for. And should evidence be needed I am able to provide validation and proof to AYG.
  • Liability and Damage Waiver: (1) The Client acknowledges and agrees that they shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to the Gallery's premises, fixtures, or equipment during the Event. (2) The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Gallery harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such damage. (3)The Client shall obtain adequate insurance coverage (if required) for the Event and shall provide proof of insurance upon request by the Gallery. The Gallery shall be named as an additional insurer under the Client's insurance policy. AYG has public liability insurance which will be used in case of a collaborative arrangement. (4) The Gallery shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Client or any third party during the Event, except to the extent such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the Gallery's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Do you need other allied practitioners or assistance from an AYG member for the event? We have a team of trauma-informed mental-health professionals, artists, and event management staff on-hand. The costs will be dependent on your needs.
