I want to hire the studio for a wellness/ art event at a subsidized fee of $100/hour including GST. This must include bump-in and bump-out (normally $180-$200 hour). The hire will include access and promotion of your event across AYG online channels. This does not include graphic design works/ printing/ managing event or cliental. This fee is paid 20 days before the event date and the security deposit made prior to secure booking.
There are no exceptions for bump-in and bump-out times, please include this into costing. If the event runs over time, then the additional payment for overtime (at $70/hour) will be reimbursed to AYG out of the security deposit.
I want to collaborate with AYG and use the revenue generated by the ticket sales to reimburse the venue time at $100/hour. In the case of the ticket sales not amounting to the venue hire rate, then I/ we as an organization will cover the remainder of the invoice for the event.
All parties agree that both parties branding will be used across promotional materials including photographs/ marketing posters and social media posts regarding the event.
I acknowledge that I hold the suitable skills, knowledge and accreditation to teach the course/hold the event I am requesting for. And should evidence be needed I am able to provide validation and proof to AYG.

I would like to BYO Liquor at an additional fee of $100 plus you will need a RSA server at $35/hour (option to hire your own staff member for serving)
Liability and Damage Waiver: (1) The Client acknowledges and agrees that they shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to the Gallery's premises, fixtures, or equipment during the Event. (2) The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Gallery harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such damage. (3)The Client shall obtain adequate insurance coverage (if required) for the Event and shall provide proof of insurance upon request by the Gallery. The Gallery shall be named as an additional insured under the Client's insurance policy. AYG has public liability insurance which will be used in case of a collaborative arrangement. (4) The Gallery shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Client or any third party during the Event, except to the extent such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the Gallery's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Security Deposit: The Client agrees to provide the Gallery with a security deposit of $200 to cover any potential damages or liabilities arising from the Event. The security deposit shall be refunded to the Client within 5 working days following the Event, less any deductions for damages or liabilities. This fee is payable as soon as possible to secure the booking.
If the pack down and cleaning is not returned to the standard the gallery was found and extra cleaning is needed by AYG, I will agree to pay the $150 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation by the Client, the Gallery shall retain the security deposit, and the Client shall not be entitled to any refund.
Do you need assistance from an AYG team you throughout the event? We have a team of informed mental-health professionals, artists, and event management staff on-hand. The costs will be dependent on your needs.

Additional Terms and Conditions: (1) The Client shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements in connection with the Event. (2) The Gallery reserves the right to terminate the Agreement and eject any person from the premises in the event of any violation of the terms of this Agreement or any disruptive behavior during the Event.

AYG will speak to each facilitator regarding fee's and commission split based on individual circumstances and negotiations.
