    Please note:

     

    1. Pre-order price list and pictures are proprietary information and not to be released or shared publicly. Please do not tag us in social media your Cathay Pacific, Korean Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Scoot, Singapore Airlines purchase. Also, Delta Airlines and Northwest that is non-GeminiJets.

     

    2. This preorder form is not a purchase order. Supply quantity is subject to change without prior notice by the manufacturer/supplier. In such instances, your order quantity may be reduced or cancelled.

     

    3. Production dates and estimated date of production.

    (a) GeminiJets, Phoenix and NG Models regularly produce their models near the announcement dates.

    (b) JC Wings, Inflight200, JFox, B-Model, ARD, AV200/AV400, EAV, JP60 production date is less predictable. We shall know the confirmed quantity only when we receive the invoice from the manufacturer/supplier.

     

    After you submit a pre-order request,

    1. Make sure you get an acknowledgement from noreply@jotform.com.

     

    2. Look out for our "New Arrival" announcement follow by "Self Collection" notifications if your pre-order item arrives.

     

    When your pre-order item arrives.

    1. The items are specially pre-order for you. We will not hesitate to remove email address of "no show" or customers who repeatedly fail to collect their pre-order products or deliberately not collecting certain items when they are collecting pre-order items.

     

    2. Airplane Models @ SG will reserve your pre-order items for 2 weeks. If you are unavailable for the first 2 weeks, please email to info.airplanemodelsg@gmail.com or book an appointment in Make a booking in https://airplanemodelsg.setmore.com/

     

    3. No-show and not informing us your collection date? We will put uncollected pre-order items on the shelves and online after the 2 weeks' grace is over.

     

    We do not require prepayment for preorder as we believe strongly in trust as the foundation of all relationships. Please do not cancel your order when the item arrives at our store. Due to limited storage space, please come to collect as soon as possible.
