Food Trader
- Should your application be successful the festival Trader Manager will be in touch with the relevant pitch fee and offer to attend. You will also be informed if your application is unsuccessful.
- It is recommended that you obtain all the required information needed before starting, as it is notpossible to save an uncompleted form.
- We are planning to make concessions cashless at Electric Picnic this year.
  You will be provided point of sale protocols and the associated fees upon successful application. You will not be permitted to accept any form of cash, cheque or PayPal payments from your stall. Anyone found accepting any other form of payment will be fined as per CF terms and conditions asked to leave the festival site.
- Applications will only be considered if submitted via this online form, however if you have any questions relating to the application process please contact us at:concessions@centralfusion.co.uk.
- If your application is successful you will be required to signed and agree the following:
  - Financial Contract for the pitch at the Festival
  - Trader Manager Terms and Conditions
  - Festival Trader Terms and Conditions
  - Environmental Requirments Declaration.
- Your application and pitch will not be confirmed until you have signed and accepted all of the above as well as making payment for the 50% deposit amount.

Should your application be successful you will be required to confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions when you receive your Offer to Trade. The Trader Terms and Conditions will be enclosed with your contract, which you will be required to sign.

Food Registration Details

It is essential that all food businesses (which either prepare, cook, store, handle, distribute, supply or sell food) are registered with their local authority. In order to trade at Electric Picnic you must provide the following information. Note: Failure to notify the relevant competent authority of the operation of a food business/ stall is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding €5000 or at the discretion of the Court to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both

Does your unit require Gas?*
Please note:
All gas equipment must have their current certifications. All fittings will be inspected prior to the event by our onsite gas contractor. It is the responsibility of the trader to pay the contractor, directly, forproviding onsite certification.
In accordance with current legislation, all units must have a suitable and approved storage cage to holdspare gas bottles.

Passes are allocated 1 per unit. This pass is for an essential onsite vehicle. Onsite vehicle passes will not be issued to staff vehicles. Any vehicles deemed not to be essential will be need to be put in staff carpark.
