  • QUALIFICATION OF A FUTURE GENERATION EMPLOYEE

    1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently and repeatedly throughout the day. Must be able to lift, carry, and hold children, cots and classroom equipment multiple times daily.

    2. Maintain Visual and auditory supervision of children at all times.

    3.Must be able to accompany children to various parts of the building and outdoor space for meals,

    4. Must have physical stamina and flexibility i.e. walking, bending, stooping, crawling, kneeling, running, stretching, reaching, standing, pushing and pulling and sitting on the floor multiple times daily. Must have use of both hands, arms, feet and legs with or without accommodation.

    5. Must be able to maneuver and or set up children's furniture i.c. cots, tables, chairs, shelving, etc.

    6. Must have basic knowledge of First Aid /CPR.

    7. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

    8. Must be able to communicate with children, parents and staff using clear and understandable speech.

    9. Must be able to participae in the Child and ADULT food program and attest that they have never been terminated from CACFP program.

    10. Must be able to handle stressful situations and apply rational and logical thinking skills at all times.
