All nominees must be SHPE members in good standing as of March 15.

Petition must be received by March 15 at 11:59 PT.

Nomination Sponsors: at least 5 sponsors with current membership from the same category and region as your position. Provide their name, contact information, SHPE ID number, region, and chapter. No signatures needed!

(Tip: To ensure that you have at least 5 sponsors in good standing, submit additional sponsors just in case! Additional sponsors are not required for submission.)

Undergraduate

SHPE member in good standing by March 15

Full-time student in STEM program with a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0

Attend school in the region for at least 6 months if running for a regional role

Student for entire 25/26 academic year

Graduate

SHPE member in good standing by March 15

Full-time graduate student in STEM program with a cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0

Attend school in the region for at least 6 months if running for a regional role

Student for entire 25/26 academic year

Graduating undergraduate members wishing to run for a Graduate position are conditionally eligible to run. Evidence of graduate student standing shall be provided prior to start of term.

Professional

SHPE member in good standing by March 15

Earned a bachelor's degree in STEM or 6 years of STEM experience

Reside in the region for at least 6 months if running for a regional role
