COMMERCIAL & RETAIL EQUIPMENT RETURN
Heavy freight such as espresso machines and large brewers which require palletization must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

All equipment returns will have a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If preferred, a flat fee of $300 to cover return freight shipping is available. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.
