• All Approved equipment returns will have a 30% restocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 
• If preferred, a flat fee of $300 to cover return freight shipping is available. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.

Heavy freight such as espresso machines and large brewers which require palletization must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Please speak with one of our customer care reps before attempting to return heavy machines (espresso machines).
