Restaurant Interest Form
The Restaurant Resiliency Program of Fairfield-Suisun is utilizing funding from Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District to provide hot meals once a week to local families at our area schools. Meals will be prepared by restaurants, caterers and food trucks based in the cities of Fairfield or Suisun City and will be delivered by the food establishments to a designated distribution point in that community. Participating restaurants will be reimbursed $25 for every meal prepared. Each dinner is required to include a meat/protein entrée, a fruit and/or vegetable, and a bottle of water. Restaurants in Fairfield and Suisun City may complete this form for consideration to participate in the Restaurant Resiliency Program. Restaurants must be locally owned with 20 or fewer employees.
