We have also updated our payment policy—all bookings now require upfront payment. This change will help us manage the center more efficiently for the benefit of all.

ICNA Center reserves the right to deny any request without providing a specific reason.
Patrons are expected to clean up after their event and leave the space in a tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in a ban from using the Center's facilities.
Failure to clean the Center after use will result in a fine.
As a nonprofit organization, ICNA Center requests that any damage to equipment or property be reported immediately. Depending on the nature of the damage, a fine may be imposed.

Operational Cost The charge is if you need setup services, including ICNA’s tables, chairs, and AV equipment . This is also a REQUIRED fee for any events using the main hall that involve food and/or activities generating large amounts of trash. If you choose to waive the setup services, ICNA Center will not be responsible for setup, teardown, or issue resolution.
