Allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed. Any requests less than three business days may not be fulfilled. ICNA Center reserves the right to deny any request without specifying a reason. Patrons are expected to clean up after themselves and leave the area in a tidy fashion. Failure to do so may result in a ban from using Center resources. Failure to clean the center after use will result in the issuance of a fine. ICNA is a non for profit entity, and any misuse of equipment, including but not limited to damage to center property must be reported. Depending on the nature of the damage, a fine may be imposed.

Operational Cost Will be charged with any event that uses the main hall. It will also include an ICNA Center Representative who will provide setup services for your event including tables, chairs, and AV equipment, onsite assistance, and issue resolution. If you choose to waive the setup services, ICNA Center is not responsible for setup, teardown, onsite help, or issue resolution. You agree to indemnify and hold ICNA Center harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses. ICNA Center is not liable for any direct or indirect damages. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ICNA Center.
