While not required for health guarantee, we do recommend the puppy be seen by a licensed Veterinarian once they are in your home. While it rare for our vets to miss something in the health exam, any findings or treatment our vets may have missed are your financial responsibility to cover* This field is required.

All our puppies come with 30 days of Pet Insurance and a 5-year health guarantee from date of birth for all hereditary life-threatening conditions. In the event of a life-threatening/quality of life congenital or genetic defect within the first five years of the dog’s life, determined by two qualified Veterinarians (one of whom selected by the breeder). The buyer may return the puppy to exchange for a comparable puppy of equivalent value (breeder’s choice) OR refund 50% of the purchase price. Buyer is aware and agrees that this is a “return only” guarantee and that they must return the puppy/dog to the breeder in order to get a replacement or refund of any kind.* This field is required.

Puppies need their hormones to grow properly- their bones & ligaments may not grow correctly if they are de-sexed before they are finished growing. We have seen that de-sexing too soon causing higher incidents of things like luxating patella. This is why we strongly recommend pups not be de-sexed before one year of age.* This field is required.

Our Yorkie puppies are produced from dogs exhibiting no genetic disorders and have undergone DNA and health testing. A licensed Veterinarian examines every puppy prior to being sold. This puppy has no known physical/congenital defects. We do not sell puppies that are sick, injured, or suffer from any known genetic defects. The purchased puppy/dog will need follow-up vaccinations (in addition to rabies), deworming, and heartworm prevention.* This field is required.

Luxating patellas, collapsing trachea, and other defects that may occur by injury are not covered, unless it can be proven by two veterinarians that the defect is, in fact, hereditary. There is no guarantee against any communicable disease such parvo, corona virus, distemper, or kennel cough. To prevent your puppy from these diseases, please follow through with second round of vaccinations as recommended and never take your puppy to public places before all vaccines are administered and in full effect (10 days after administered) .* This field is required.

Breeder is not responsible for any conditions brought on by the stress of shipping or new home relocation or adaptation of puppy into new family environment. During transition period of going to a new home, puppy can exhibit temporary signs of illness due to stress that may include sneezing, runny nose,watery eyes, diarrhea, constipation, etc. To help reduce signs of stress feed puppy identical food as breeder provided and offer water as well as taking reasonable measures to reduce stress.........No long periods of rough play, no long periods of crying, slowly introduce puppy to household, and limit time they are with strangers and other animals. Buyer will be prepared and educated on the stresses of introducing a new puppy to your family and be prepared with calorie rich nutritional supplements to prevent a drop in blood sugar (Hypoglycemia) which is life threatening to your new puppy.* This field is required.

In the event of death due to congenital defect, a necropsy must be performed and a lab report made to determine cause of death. This is to be done by a licensed veterinarian of breeder’s choice at the cost to the buyer. If it is found that the puppy was abused or neglected this guarantee is null and void* This field is required.

breeder is not liable for cosmetic conditions such as retained puppy teeth, bite position, hernias, weight loss, coat quality, or ears that do not stand. Breeder does not guarantee the size dog will reach as an adult, breeder is not liable if dog grows larger than desired.* This field is required.

The Buyer agrees to provide the necessary routine health and medical care such as vaccinations (in addition to rabies), deworming, parasite control, heartworm preventatives, nail clipping, ear cleaning and grooming.* This field is required.

Buyer agrees to regular grooming such as hair brushing, nail clipping, bathing, teeth brushing, ear cleaning are essential from early on and should be made a priority to prevent health and skin problems .* This field is required.

The Buyer agrees that this pup will reside and be kept inside the home. The dog will not spend the majority of its life in a kennel or pen. The buyer will provide this puppy with considerate companionship on a daily basis as a family member* This field is required.

Buyer agrees not to use collars on puppy. For safety reasons, a harness is the only acceptable method. Puppy should not be tied outdoors unattended. Harness should only be used when the dog is on a leash being walked. Buyer agrees not to use any type of restraint on the puppy while indoors or at night, or when a puppy owner is not supervising to avoid choking or hanging hazards. Small dogs are prey to Eagles, Hawks, Vultures, Owls, foxes, racoons, coyotes, etc. Supervision is always required unless puppies are in a safe attached enclosure with roof and walls such as a sunroom or attached enclosed escape proof deck or porch.* This field is required.

If (for whatever reason) the Buyer can not or does not wish to maintain custody of this dog (at any time during its lifetime), ownership shall revert directly back to the breeder. At no time may this dog be sold, given, or ownership transferred in any way, to a third party without expressed written and signed agreement from the breeder.* This field is required.

Buyer understands they are buying a puppy and that puppies can be destructive, require obedience training, and potty training. Breeder is not liable for any damages incurred. It is recommended that puppy be supervised at all times- and when they cant be watched be placed in a pen or crate for their own safety.* This field is required.
