    Please refrain from sending original court documents or collection notices to us. Only submit copies of documents that are pertinent to supporting your case (e.g., proof of payment, court dismissal documents). We are not responsible for the preservation or return of original documents. Please do not send original court documents or collection notices to us.   

    Document Retention:

    For confidentiality and security reasons, only a limited amount of information is retained in your physical file. All other documents are securely shredded. Since we do not keep copies of all paperwork you forward to us, it is crucial for you to maintain copies of any documents you might need for future reference.

    As a non-lawyer legal advocate, I assist in advocating on your behalf through a Power of Attorney (POA). Please be aware that I am not authorized to provide legal advice or act as your attorney.     • Obtaining and reviewing necessary documentation, including medical records and expert opinions.
    • Attending meetings, hearings, and other proceedings related to your case.
    • Requesting reductions of bills and managing financial aspects related to settlements.
    • Disbursing settlement proceeds as appropriate.

    Settlement Approval:

    Any settlement or resolution of your case must receive your prior written approval before being finalized. We are authorized to negotiate settlements on your behalf but must obtain your consent for any final agreement.
