SEOS 2023 GUIDE ENTRY PROOFING

Your application fee to SEOS 2023 includes up to 4 optional changes at this proof stage, including your opening times / dates, and your Guide Image. If there are further changes, there is a charge of £20. The deadline for submitting Guide Entry changes is 23:59 on Sunday 5th March.

Where possible, please only request changes that are absolutely necessary due to incorrect information. If you have no changes, please complete your name and email and select the SUBMIT button at the bottom so that we know that you have checked your proof.

Note: If you are exhibiting in a group, please ensure all changes are agreed with the group prior to submitting for consistency.

If you are submitting changes on behalf of a whole group (i.e. changing opening dates for every member of the group), please make this very clear in the text boxes below.

If you are updating your Artist Statement, please remember that it needs to be written in the 3rd person (i.e. 'John Smith is a ceramicist') and that there is a CHARACTER LIMIT of 200 characters. If you submit a longer statement, it will be edited to fit within this limit.

Please note that once the proofing period has closed, all changes will be final as the Guide will be submitted for printing.
