    • Tours Information

    • Details of the Tours (which include half-day, full-day or pre & post convention) can be found in your registration brochure or on the Convention Website. A link to enable you to book the tours will be provided in your confirmation email once you have completed this registration.

    • Hotel Information

    • Please note that there are various hotels for varying budgets located in the vicinity of the convention venue. We have reserved a limited amount of accommodation at the venues listed on the Convention Website at negotiated rates and you will be able to book these on a first-come-first-served basis. Please visit the accommodation booking portal on our convention website to book a room at one of our partner hotels.

    • Home Hosting

    • Unfortunately we are unable to accept any further requests for Home Hosting.

    • Please indicate if you are interested in being Home Hosted pre or post - Convention.

    • Registration Deadline & Onsite Registration

      • We encourage you to register before the 26th March 2024. 
      • Any bookings after this time will be considered late registrations which may result in minor delays in processing your confirmation.
      • Please note any bookings after the 26th March 2024 will not be printed in the Programme Brochure. 

      Cancellations

      • Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us via email in the first instance at: admin@iiwconventionmanchester.com.
      • Cancellations prior to the 26th March 2024 will receive a full refund minus an administration fee of 10% of the original booking total. Cancellations after the 26th March 2024 will not be refunded.

      Payment Method

      • When you click submit at the bottom of the page you will be taken to the payment page for immediate payment. 
      • Payments can be made using a credit or debit card at the end of the registration process. Unfortunately we cannot accept any other forms of payment.
      • Registrations will not be confirmed until full payment is received.
