Destination Imagination of New York runners commit to fundraising a minimum of $3,000 due in full by 11:59 p.m. ET on Friday, October 25, 2024. Destination Imagination of New York will provide fundraising tools to all team runners.

Release and Waiver

If selected to run for Destination Imagination of New York, I will participate in the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon with Destination Imagination of New York and 100% of the proceeds I raise will be donated to Destination Imagination of New York. Destination Imagination of New York has the right to publicly announce my participation in the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon as a member of the Destination Imagination of New York Team. I have been notified that Destination Imagination is not liable for any injuries suffered in connection with my participation in this race or training and I hereby waive any rights I, my heirs, or any other person or entity may have for any claims or damages against Destination Imagination. I will raise a minimum of $3,000 for Destination Imagination, even if I am unable to participate in the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon. I understand that if I do not reach the minimum fundraising goal of $3,000 by 10/25/2024, my credit card will be charged the difference between my total as of 10/25/2024 and the $3,000 minimum. Failure to reach this minimum by 10/25/2024 will result in my removal from the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon. I agree to abide by all rules of the New York Road Runners (www.nyrr.org) relating to my participation in the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon and on the Destination Imagination of New York team.
