By Clicking submit you give Adam (AFPT) permission to create your client account on MyZone and add you to the AFPT WhatsApp Group.

MyZone account - Book gym classes and track your MEPs with your MyZone acivity tracker. Download the MyZone app from your app store and your log in details will be your email address you type above and the password - AFPT123

Once you're logged into your account reset your password to whatever you like.

You MyZone account will be moved to the MyZone UK facility after 3 months of no active membership. This keeps the gym leaderboard cometitive between gym members.

AFPT WhatsApp - Receive the monthly Member Zone password and keep upto date with all the latest AFPT information.

You will be removed from the "Active Members" group when you don't have an active membership.
