    Take pictures of all 4 sides of the business. Please be sure that pictures cover all of each side. Take multiple pictures per side if necessary. This helps us to quickly identify hazards and other important pre-arrival information. Please see examples below:

  • STEP 2: BUILDING DRAWINGS

    Upload any drawings of the building. These help us know the layout of the building for efficient Firefighting and Rescue. If you do not have any drawings please skip this step. Examples below

  • STEP 3: FIRE ALARM ZONE MAPS

    Upload the zone map for the fire alarm. These maps can help us quickly identify the problem area during an active alarm. If you do not have a fire alarm please skip this step. Examples below;

    If you already have a Knox Box you can skip this step. If you do not please click the link below for information.
