Thank you for your interest in participating in a modeling session for Sugar Bump Gown Rentals (no modeling experience needed).

Your cost includes the professional hair and makeup services you will be receiving on-site. You will also receive complimentary high resolution digital images from all of the photographers in attendance (21 photographers are expected).

Which type of model sessions are you applying for? Select all that apply

Models MUST be available to be at the Ruby Manor in Brampton on Sunday February 25th for the entire four hour timeframe between 1pm-5pm Are you available that day/time?

If applying for the Mommy & me model call, please list the ages and genders of your children.

If applying for a maternity model call how many weeks pregnant will you be on June 20th? (We are looking for someone who will be around 26 - 35 weeks)

**REQUIREMENTS** You must be over 18. Must be comfortable in front of the camera. Skin/body will be showing. Mom must be at least 26 weeks pregnant. You must sign a model release which allows all photographers in attendance to use their images taken for marketing and social media purposes. All models will be required to sign a model release.

If chosen, you will be directed to pay the $250 fee. This fee allows us to have professional hair and makeup done onsite for all mama models in attendance. We find professional hair and makeup makes a big difference in the final outcome of the photos. All models receive images from all 16 professional photographers in attendance, the images are complimentary.

Please be aware, the nature of these photoshoots are physically demanding. We are experimenting with posing, lighting, and set techniques that will require patience, periods of standing, and a reasonable amount of movement.*
