Innovator Grant Application

Innovator Grants provide funds to teachers to develop and implement new, instructional projects that motivate and challenge students to learn. Submitted proposals should be innovative, unique classroom projects that enliven and enrich the curriculum. Many past grants have included interdisciplinary, active-learning, hands-on lessons. Others have reinforced learning through simulations or applied school work to real-life situations. Grants range from $300 - $1,000.

You will receive funds via a pre-paid digital PEX digital card. Please sign, date and return a W-9. Your application will not be considered without submitting a W-9 form at this stage. We do not report your grant funds as income unless you fail to provide receipts for you project purchases.
I understand that the funds I receive (if selected) must be used exclusively for my Ideas with IMPACT Innovator Grant project.
I agree to record all expenses, and to save and submit all receipts for purchases associated with the grant materials. The receipts must total the amount you received.
