PUNCTUALITY POLICY: I strive to always be on time for my guests. If I am running significantly behind, I will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way I can ensure my punctuality is if each guest arrives on time for their appointment. I realize that sometimes once you get home you may find something you would like to adjust. I am happy to make those adjustments within one week of receiving the service.
