    In consideration of acceptance of my entry, I release the Grand Bahama Children's Home and any affiliated individuals and sponsors for claims of damages, demands, actions whatsoever, in any manner arisng out of my participation in this event. I hereby grant full permission to use any photographs or recordings of this event for any purpose. I have full knowledge or the risks involved in this event, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate.

    A PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST SIGN FOR PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.
