  • CSF Exteriors is seeking high-achieving salespeople who can assist homeowners with their remodeling projects, insurance claims, and storm damage inspections. We provide affordable, high-quality roofing and siding services that focus on storm damage restoration and residential exterior remodeling. 

    Qualified candidates will have both sales and customer service skills, be organized, driven, and communicate effectively.

    If you don't have roofing or sales experience, don’t worry! We offer a state of the art training platform, on-site training, and team environment.

    • Our new roofing sales consultants averaged $60-$85k+ within the first year of our program!
    • Our top performers earn well over $120k a Year!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels such as referrals, canvassing neighborhoods, and networking.
    • Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing and siding needs and provide recommendations on the best roofing solution.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with exceptional communication and customer service.
    • Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.
    • Facilitate projects through the production phase by delivering required materials, supervising crews, observing proper installation practices, and keeping strong communication with clients in regards to their project status.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services
    • Maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance
    • Must have reliable transportation

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Base salary plus commission.
