Terms and Conditions (Please Read)

1. The Atmosphere TV service and equipment is provided completely free of charge to the golf course as long as the Atmosphere TV device is activated and streams a minimum of 40 hours of content per month for a minimum term of 6 months. The subscription will renew automatically after the initial 6 month term.

2. The service can be cancelled at any time after 6 months with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, the device, cables and remote must be returned to Atmosphere TV. We will provide a pre-paid return kit upon confirmation of cancellation.

3. If the course does not stream 40 hours of content in a calendar month, the course will be charged a $20.00 fee for that month. (Under usage charge)

4. All setup fees and equipment charges will be waived.

5. After signing up, courses will receive via mail/courier a customized/branded Apple TV device, remote and cables. The device is pre-configured and loaded with Atmosphere TV.

6. The golf course is responsible for installing the device on a TV. The course can choose the TV. Installation instructions and a link to an installation video will be provided

7. The device can be moved from one TV to another.

8. Streaming can be paused at any time to allow other content to be shown on the TV. When streaming is paused, you will not be adding to your monthly streaming minimum.

9. Atmosphere TV is ad supported (like Cable TV). Ads run every 3-4 minutes.

10. Best Approach will remotely manage your Atmosphere TV device.

11. Best Approach will create and manage a total of three "In-House Promotions". (Optional)

12. "In-House Promotions" can include discounts, specials, upcoming events, hole graphics, flyovers, etc.

13. Best Approach will update/change these optional "In-House Promotions" on a monthly basis. It is the responsibility of the course to provide us with "In-House Promotions" changes by the 15th of each month. Changes will be published on or before the 1st of each month.

14. "In-House Promotions" will run first in each ad break every 3-4 minutes. Each ad break will run one "In-House Promotion".

15. If your Atmosphere TV device is lost or stolen, the golf course will be billed a one time charge of $250.00
