Policies, Agreements & Acknowledgment
Set up will be the evening before the event. Pick up will be the morning after the event. **TIME DEPENDS ON OUR DELIVERY SCHEDULE**
DO NOT allow anyone, especially children, to play on or around the display. DO NOT attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. DO NOT move the display. Please arrange for lawn maintenance to be done before or after your event date. All displays will include a small advertising sign. This may NOT be removed. If any part of the display is broken or stolen, you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost is $15 per piece.

LAWN PREPARATION - Please clean up any pet waste, trash, and large limbs out of the yard before delivery. WATER YOUR LAWN prior to delivery. If the ground is too hard, we may not be able to install the yard sign. If the ground is too hard and the yard sign cannot be installed, you will be charged a travel fee of $35 and the remaining amount will be refunded.

REFUNDS - 1) If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of your installation, you can choose to receive a refund of 50% of your booking rate, or you may save the full amount as a credit for a future booking date. 2) In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to safely install your sign. Inclement weather includes: lightening/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, winter weather, or any other Act of God that would put us or our display in harms way. You will have a choice of a full refund or a credit on your account. 3) No refunds will be given due to supplying the wrong address. 4) No refunds will be given due to denial of access to a gated community. 5) A $35 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return to remove, move or re-set up a yard sign, whether to the correct address, or to a different location at the same house. This also applies if the first attempt to access the property is denied.
