Attendee acknowledges the need to maintain a private and confidential environment at CFO Intelligence events in order to promote productive and meaningfull dialogue among other attendees. Attendee agrees not to share with others outside the event, information discussed at the event that is defined as private or confidential. Attendee agrees not to disclose information from any company with which he or she may be employed or affiliated, that may be deemed private or confidential, including but, not limited to customer lists, pricing, product or service information, and otherwise.
Attendee shall take all appropriate precautions to safeguard against contracting or transmitting a disease, illness or virus of any kind, including without limitation COVID-19, its variants, and otherwise. With full knowledge of the risks involved, Attendee hereby releases, waives, and discharges CFO Intelligence, its principals, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by Attendee, Attendee’s family, guests or others, related to a disease, illness or virus of any kind, including without limitation COVID-19, its variants, or otherwise. while participating in any engagement or activity with CFO Intelligence. Attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, inactions, omissions, or negligence of CFO Intelligence, its employees, agents, representatives, and contractors, whether a COVID-19 or other transmission or infection related to any other disease, illness or virus occurs before, during, or after any engagement of or with CFO Intelligence.
