Community & Special Events office is open, Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm.

Our team will respond to your request with an invoice, contract and the General Terms & Conditions.

All fees are non-refundable, rain, shine, snow, etc.
Picnic sites are booked "as is".
A maximum of 100 people are allowed per picnic site; with picinic sites 5 through 9 holding approximatly 30 people.
Gathering sizes and physical distancing measures must adhere to any Provincial regulations in place
Park benches, picnic tables and other surfaces in the Park are not sanitized
Help keep our Park clean by bringing in your own garbage/recycling bags and carrying out all garbage/recycling that do not fit in nearby recpticals.
We cannot guarantee there will be more than 1 - 2 picnic tables on site. Please feel free to bring your own lawn chairs and tables.
Open fires and BBQs are only allowed at sites 3 - 9. Fires must be contained within the fire pit. If you are booked at a fire pit, please bring your own wood. Guests must adhere to firebans and all City of Winnipeg by-laws in place.
No selling/pre-selling of tickets for private events are allowed at picnic sites.
There is no power/ electrical outlets at any of our sites.
Amplified music or sounds is not permitted at picnic sites.

The picnic shelter in the Nature Playground is availble first-come first serve and cannot be reserved for private use.

Will you be bringing in a 3rd party food vendor?*

3rd Party food vendors include, but may not be limited to - food trucks, hotdog carts, onsite-cooked caterings/private dinners. External food vendors will be required to sign APC's Vendor Agreement and pay a fee.

Take-out orders such as pizza, fast-food, or pre-purchased party trays do not require a vendor agreement or fees.
