    This form can be used to place your beef orders for our Half Beef option. The meat that we raise is sold directly to the customer from our farm. Each beef order is custom-butchered and packaged to order at a USDA approved facility. Once the processor has completed processing your order, it will be available for pick up at the location you designate below.     • Paper wrapping is included in the basic processing cost. Vacuum Sealed Packages are an extra cost of $90.00 for a Half beef.

      Our ground beef packaging for customer orders is not vaccum sealed like we have in our store.  The packaging our custom ground beef comes in is a traditional sealed backaged with a tie/clamp on the end.  If you have any questions regarding how your ground beef will be packaged, please contact us before placing your order.  Below is an examle of the type of packaging your ground beef will come in.

    • Important Information:

      • Your custom order will be submitted promptly and you will be contacted for pickup as soon as the date is available to us.
      • A non-refundable deposit is required when you place your order.  This deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
      • Our Beef goes to process and is ages 21 days before being cut to your specifications.  We will inform you when the cutting process has begun of the hanging weight and final cost.
      • Payment must be made in full prior to picking up your beef.
      • Beef must be picked up on the dates agreeded upon when we contact you regarding the hanging weight and final cost.  Failure to do so will could result in the cancellation of your order and forfiture of your deposit.
