TERMS OF CANCELLATIONCancellations with requests for registration refunds must be received in writing before 18 August 2023. A £50.00 processing fee will be applied to refund requests received by the deadline given; eventual bank charges may also be deducted. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the given deadline nor will they be given for failure to attend any of the events.
If the conference must switch to an online format for compelling reasons, no refunds will be granted.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method used and will be processed after the conference, if the refund is approved.
