Note: Payments are processed via PayPal. You may pay using an existing PayPal account, or any major credit card / debit card.

The fee includes:
- access to all sessions of the conference (Mon 4-Wed 6 September).
- lunches, refreshments, receptions and conference material on each day as stated in the programme.
- welcome reception on Mon 4 September.
- single-day registration includes access to the conference sessions, lunch and refreshments for one day only.
- ALAPP Masterclass registration includes access to the masterclass, lunch and refreshments on Thu 7 September.
The fee does not include:
- conference dinner at the Piping Centre (to be booked separately when registering).
- travel and accommodation.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Cancellations with requests for registration refunds must be received in writing before 18 August 2023. A £50.00 processing fee will be applied to refund requests received by the deadline given; eventual bank charges may also be deducted. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the given deadline nor will they be given for failure to attend any of the events.

If the conference must switch to an online format for compelling reasons, no refunds will be granted.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method used and will be processed after the conference, if the refund is approved. Please contact Ailsa Parkin (aparkin@equinoxpub.com) regarding all cancellations.
