Hi! Thank you for getting in contact with me to book your tattoo! I currently take appointment's Wednesday through Saturday 11:30 to 8pm. You can also bypass this request form by coming into the shop during these times for an inperson consultation with me. 

I am currently at Anvil Tattoo Co at 1116 S San Gabriel Blv, San Gabriel, CA.

Appointments require a $100 booking deposit to hold the date, that can be delivered in person to the shop or venmo. This deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo on the day.

I currently have a minimum of $100.

In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any relevent information I may need for your appointment below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help.

If there is a cover-up involved, please take a well-lit photo of the tattoo or scar that you would like covered as well as some area around it. Also please note how old the tattoo/scar is in the description box.
