    Security camera installation request. Your department will be responsible for camera, equipment, and installation costs.
  • Apple MacBook Laptop

    All Apple MacBook laptops come configured with the latest M2 processor, 16GB of system memory and 512GB of hard drive storage.
  • Apple iPhone

    Please select the type of iPhone and whether or not this is for a new account or upgrade to an existing one.
  • Chromebox

    Chromeboxes are typically used as small thin-client desktops or mounted to TV's and used for training, web access and demos.
  • Important information about monitors!

    The IT department does not purchase monitors. Each department can purchase their own size, type and style. Once the monitor has been delivered to the user, IT will assist with connecting it to a workstation. All-In-One desktops only support a single, secondary monitor. Also make sure a video cable is included with your monitor purchase!

    All iPads are ordered through AT&T which include an LTE data plan.
  • Dell Workstation:

    Dell tower workstations must be approved by the IT department as well as your department's division head. These types of workstations are only ordered for specific applications that require more resources than a standard, All-In-One desktop.
  • Multi-Function Printers

    If you require a new printer, your division head must approve. Note: any printer purchased for any department here at The City of Anderson, must be purchased through our Sharp representatives. Per IT policy, any department that purchases a printer without going through the IT department will not be supported.
