The 126th Annual Grand Session of Eureka Grand Chapter, Prince Hall Order Eastern Star, Inc. will convene on Monday, May 29, 2023, through Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at the Westchester Marriott, 670 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY 10591.

Cost:                                 $100/1 table per day   |   $175/2 tables per day

Confirmation:                     You are not confirmed until payment is received. We will only contact you if your application is NOT accepted.

Setup:                               Starts at 7:30am Monday morning

·         Vendor slots are filled on a first-come first serve bases.

·         You may have 1 or 2 tables for your display.

·         You will be responsible for providing your own tablecloths to cover your merchandise overnight on Monday

·         You will need to provide your own extension cords or anything your merchandise display will need.

We make every effort to reserve the space you request. Eureka Grand Chapter is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
