PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: ECHO Education requires a minimum of one (1) adult (teachers and/or chaperones) per ten (10) students. ECHO Education will set the max number of parent chaperones able to participate after receiving your registration form, and reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of parent chaperones permitted to participate in the program as a result of adjusted student participant counts, venue requests, and/or the available space on buses.

There is a minimum of 40 participants required to register for a progam. (this minimum includes chaperones, teachers, and administration).

We understand participant numbers may not be exact at this time, but rather an estimate. We will adjust numbers as needed in the new school year.

New in 2023/2024: In response to feedback we received from partnering educators via surveys issued in 2022/2023, we have removed the Texas State Cemetery from the Texas History Alive and Texas Roots programs. Although participants enjoyed the content and quality tours, a great number of educators shared that the day was too long for their students, and that adding more time at the Bullock Texas State History Museum on the day's itinerary would elevate the overall experience.

To accomodate those who would still like to include a tour of the Texas State Cemetery, "Texas History Alive- PLUS" is available. Please note: THA+ would result in a higher program fee as well as shorter time at the Bullock Museum to allow room on the schedule for the Texas State Cemetery visit. *Please note that at this time, the Texas History Alive and the Texas History Alive- PLUS programs are not available on Mondays due to the Bullock Texas State History Museum's operating hours. Should this change, we will update you.

Please Note:

Deposit will be due 90 business days prior to program date. Deposit total is 25% of total program cost. Remaining program balance is due in full 30 business days prior to program date.
Payment schedule flexibility is extended to schools who register for a program date that occurs in September, October and November 2023.
ECHO Education covers the program fees for the Lead Teacher and one (1) Administrator from your school.
