I acknowledge that the process of permanent jewelry involves the Orion mPulse Arc welding machine that emits a bright flash and a possible spark. While any injury to the skin or eye damage is unlikely, Love You Lashes LLC will not be held responsible in the event of an injury.

I acknowledge that Love You Lashes LLC 14k gold filled and sterling silver (all nickel and lead free), which are considered hypoallergenic metals. Love You Lashes LLC is not responsible for the rare occurrence of an allergic reaction or skin irritation.

I acknowledge that while the jewelry is permanent, it is NOT indestructible. A reasonable amount of care is required to maintain the integrity of your jewelry.

l acknowledge that if a piece of my jewelry breaks at the weld site within 3 days of the initial weld, I will contact Love You Lashes LLC within that time frame and schedule an appointment for a free replacement of the jump ring.

In the event that I break and or lose my chain, Love You Lashes LLC will not be held responsible for broken or lost chains, and it is 100% up to me to purchase a new chain.

I understand there are not any expressed or implied warranties or guarantee with permanent jewelry.

I understand that because jewelry is not typically meant to be worn all the time, in doing so (as in the case of permanent jewelry), there is a risk of the jewelry getting tarnished or discoloring, the jewel getting damaged, and/or the jewelry breaking or stretching due to daily wear and daily activities.

I understand that external factors, such as perfume, lotion, body spray, soap, skin care products, sulfur, water quality, the pH of skin, etc. can/will negatively impact the color and wear of permanent jewelry.
