  • Each facility has 2 types of account contacts. Each has different access levels:

    1) Term Contract Account Owner: full access to view & edit your account & add new team members. 

    2) Main Contact: Will get email notifications about applicants for each role. They will be able to manage enquiries from candidates. They can also log into the account and see all applicants for each role and accept or reject applicants.

  • We need to make sure our emails get through to contacts in your hospital. Who can we contact in your IT Department who is responsible for email (sometimes known as the Postmaster). They may be based at your facility, or they may be based at head office.

      If you are new to uPaged, your first Term Contract listing is free.

      Terms and Conditions for uPaged Term Contracts will be sent to new uPaged customers prior to advertising your Term Contract. No charges will be incurred prior to accepting our Terms and Conditions.
