Fee Schedule and Additional Details:
Monthly tuition is broken down according to class and payable directly to each teacher. Please see the school policies document linked below for further information. Each month's tuition payments are due to each teacher by the 1st of each month in nine equal installments beginning September 1st through May 1st.
The co-op school calendar can be viewed here. Classes will run Tuesdays through Thursdays from August 22, 2023 - May 30, 2024 with various breaks scheduled throughout the year.
Annual supply/facility fees are as follows:
$225/year for each full-time student to be capped at $675 per family
$90/year for each part-time student with no family cap
A family registration deposit equal to the supply/facility fee for one student per family (either $225 or $90) is due in full upon submission of registration. Additional supply/facility fees for families registering multiple students may be paid in monthly installments throughout the year along with tuition.
The registration deposit (and further supply/faciliity fees) may be paid via cash or check made payable to "St. Sava Orthodox Church". Please include on the memo line - "SSOC co-op registration". Cash should be in an envelope labeled "SSOC co-op registration" and must clearly state the name of the family registering.
The family registration deposit (and future supply/facility payments) may be placed in the "Co-op Tuition" Box in the Parish Hall, or mailed to the Church office at:

The registration deposit is refundable until July 23, 2023, or 30 days prior to the first day of classes, August 22, 2023.
