General Terms
Currency
Financial transactions covered by this insertion order will be processed in the USD currency. Currency exchanges will occur when you or your partner(s) have set a different default currency in account settings.
Term of Contract
Influencer contracts are on a 30 day rotation, at which time at the end of the 30 day period if the influencer has not met the required terms they will be removed from being an influencer and will have a freeze period of 180 days before they may submit an application.
Influencer Sales Payout per Promo Code
Each influencer is given a set promo code that is unique for them. All sales within the 30 window that are MADE USING the GIVEN INFLUENCER PROMO CODE will be allocated and totaled to provide the influencer with 10% commision off of all sales. (total sales are ONLY those that match the influencer's PROMO CODE) In addition the commision the SAME PROMO CODE will ALLOW the INFLUENCERS followers to receive an additional 10% off their entire order!
Change Notification Period
The insertion order can be changed or cancelled with 1 day(s) notification to the media partner.
Reversal Policy
Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the Advertiser governed by a max reversal percentage of 100%
Requirements for micro influencers
Influencers are REQUIRED to POST the following between the dates of the 1st of each month and the 25th of each month.
* 1-unboxing
* 4-stories to social media page
* 2-reels
* 2-OOTD's (outfit of the day)
* must have between 10,000 and 100,000 follower on a single platform
Media Partner Tracking Pixel
Advertisers do NOT allow media partners to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.
Influencer Payouts
Influencers are paid out from their sales (associated with THEIR given PROMO CODE) on the 26th of each month . Payout sources include Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, store credit or check. Once the influencer is approved we will set up payout format.
