  • Jacob & Co., a luxury company based in New York, seeks a highly experienced and motivated Recruitment and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. 

    This person will be directly responsible for supporting the Operations and Hiring Team to understand the human resource needs and candidate requirements, develop sourcing strategies to provide quality talents, and uphold an all-inclusive, streamlined, and objective recruitment process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate directly with the Hiring Team to identify human resource gaps and execute on providing quality talent needs that will help drive business impact 
    • Lead a full-cycle recruitment from lead generation (sourcing candidates), booking and initiating interviews, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process
    • Develop and implement an effective search strategy for each role, including mapping and gaining an understanding of the competitive talent markets
    • Develop and execute effective and efficient sourcing strategies to engage and nurture a diverse market of talents
    • Help screen, qualify, and interview prospective candidates whilst ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
    • Identify opportunities to solve problems and improve the overall hiring process with a focus on scalability, diversity, and inclusivity
    • Promote a positive team environment of equality and inclusion
    • Process-oriented; Always seeking to improve the overall hiring process

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
    • Must work between 9:00am to 6:00pm EST
    • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with both in-house and agency experience
    • Experience within the luxury space is a huge plus
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data and market insights to come up with an effective recruitment strategy
    • Updated with the latest and most effective recruitment tools and sourcing channels in the market
    • Experienced and passionate to connect with the best pool of candidates and close mid to senior talents/roles
    • Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pool
    • Immaculate spoken and written English. Active communicator to make sure stakeholders are always in the loop.
    • Resourceful - can find solutions independently and use what is available to create answers
    • Technical - able to learn new tools without much effort
    • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
    • Independent - Go-getter / Self-starter
