APPLICATION PROCESS

Start a new career in Permanent Cosmetics
Paramedical Tattooing & Permanent Cosmetics Institute is an approved body art training institute and is fully licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health.

Successful completion of this permanent cosmetics course meets license requirements in the state of Arkansas.

Students numbers are limited to 6 students each month. All interested students must pay a $100 nonrefundable application fee and attend a virtual interview before enrolling. Interviews are generally held on Mondays.

COURSE STRUCTURE:

Class Type	Total Hours	Requirements
Online Theory (online)	250	Weekly assignments due every Wednesday by 11:59pm.
Pre-Clinicals (on-site)	40	Theory exam taken first day of pre-clinicals; students must score an 80% before moving forward with remainder of pre-clinical days. (The student who does not successfully complete the theory exam could delay pre-clinicals.) Classes are every Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:30am - 3:30pm, attendance is required.
Clinicals (on-site)	110	Students must provide their own models (clients) for clinicals. Students are encouraged to attend both days each week if possible. Clinicals are Thursdays 8:30am to 4:30pm, Fridays and/or Saturdays 8:00am - 5:00pm.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS:

Complete the required number of clock hours of training.
Complete all assignments with a grade of C or higher.
Satisfactorily pass all written and practical examinations.
Complete the required models (students are responsible for finding their own models)
Pay all fees to Paramedical Tattooing & Permanent Cosmetics Institute.
Pass instructor’s evaluation testing unassisted.

Upon meeting these requirements, the student will receive a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.

I acknowledge I have read all information on this Enrollment Agreement and understand I am required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of $100 and attend an interview to confirm my eligibility for enrollment.

I also acknowledge that I will still be required to complete an Enrollment Contract for final acceptance into the course and for payment of course fees as stated above.
