BTEE 2023 Summer Camp Registration Form

Welcome and thank you for your interest in BTEE's ECC Summer Camp!

Please take a few minutes to complete this registration form and note the following:

• Days of week for camp are Monday through Friday.
• AM and/or PM Extended care is available for all students for an additional fee per week. 
• Registration fee must be submitted with this registration form.  
• There is NO CAMP on Tuesday, July 4th.
• Adding or changing weeks of attendance is based on availability.
• 2 payments are due: 50% of Camp Fees are due by June 1st; balance is due by July 1st.
• A Parent Handbook will be distributed at enrollment for all camp guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• During the summer, we offer a 5% sibling discount off of second child.

Once this registration form and corresponding payment are processed, we will contact you regarding enrollment status.  If accepted, we will make arrangements with you in order to receive all required paperwork.

All paperwork must be completed and returned to the office prior to your child's start date. No exceptions for entry will be made if we do not have all forms completed and on file.
