How long is your party?* This field is required.All parties allocate 30min for celebration time (food, cake, singing, etc). A 1.5hr party has time for one art project, while a 2hr party will have time for two projects.

When is your party?* This field is required.Please select from available time slots. If none are available, please select another date or call us at 914-309-9334. *Please note that you can reschedule your party to any of our available dates and times for FREE as long as you make the change within 90 days of your party.

How many people are coming to your party?* This field is required.Please estimate how many kids will attend. You will only be charged for the kids that show up and participate.

$0 - Standard Party Package (Festive, generic, party supplies - plates, cups, tablecloths)
$30 - Premium Essentials (All of the above, but fully customized to your theme.)
$20/letter or number - Child's Name and/or Age in 40in Rose Gold or Silver Balloon Letters/Numbers
$150 - Premium Balloon Package (theme specific balloons - a $200+ value!)
$300 - Platinum Package (includes premium essentials, name in balloons, and $200 in balloons!)

Pizza? Cake? Let us help!We are happy to make arrangements for any food and or treats you want for your party, including doing pick-ups. All third party bills are passed directly to you, without any up-charges. Please let us know specifically what we can order for you and/or if you would like us to take care of pickups. If you do not specify a store, we will order all pizza/etc from Stagioni and cakes/etc from Wildly Cakes!

Terms and Conditions (please be in touch with any questions).*I understand that the Main Studio has a max capacity of 120 guests. I have not scheduled a party in which I believe the guest count may exceed 120 people (kids and adults). * I understand that I will be charged for a minimum of 10 kids in a 1.5hr party or 8 kids in a 2hr party, even if less kids show up and participate. *I understand that the final number of kids estimated to Honest Art, at least 2 business days in advance of the event, will be charged, whether they show up and participate or not. If additional kids show up and/or participate, I agree to pay the same per child rate for each additional child. *The party balance will be due at the end of my party. I can pay by credit card (plus a 4% fee) or I can avoid the fee by paying by cash, check or Zelle transfer. * I agree to pay for all goodies bags that are prepared for the party based on my final estimate, provided at least 2 business days in advance of the event. * I agree to pay a $125 fee for every 15 minutes my guests use the room beyond my reserved time. Please note that out of nearly 400 parties hosted, we have only charged this fee once without the hosts first requesting an extension. *I understand that a Party Coordinator will contact me 3 weeks prior to the event to plan all of the details of my event. If I want to plan my event prior to the 3 week mark, I understand that I can call Honest Art at any time, but it may take up to one week to schedule my call. *I agree that if I need to cancel my party prior to 4 weeks out, I will get a cash refund of my deposit, minus only the CC processing fee (if applicable). If I cancel within the 4 week window, I agree to forfeit the entire deposit. *If I need to reschedule my event at any point, up to and including the day of the event, I understand that I can reschedule my event at no cost, as long as the new party is scheduled within 3 months of the original date.

Refunds: Deposits are refundable if party is canceled a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the party date. Within 6 weeks of the party date you will receive an Honest Art credit towards a future party booking.
